We are better together in the fight against Inequality. Oxfam believes that the realisation of a Uganda free from extreme inequality will require that we work in partnership and alliance with other players at different levels. This way, we are able to do more with less.

Making Care Count
Unpaid Care and Domestic Work (UCDW) falls disproportionately on women and girls, limiting their opportunities to participate in decent paid employment, education, leisure and political life. Heavy and unequal UCDW traps women and girls in the cycle of poverty and stops them from being part of solutions. To reduce the burden of unpaid care and domestic work on women and girls, it is critical to invest in public goods such as access to clean water, access to healthcare services, and access to quality education.
