Charity is a Business and Microfinance professional with over three years of experience working with communities, especially women, youth and other vulnerable groups.
She is a passionate advocate of women rights, especially their position in the market. Her work is informed by opportunities and livelihood challenges she experienced growing in a rural setting.
Starting off as an Oxfam Program Volunteer, today Charity is full time project officer in Resilient Livelihoods Programme. Charity is also skilled in developing Monitoring and Evaluation plans, Theories of change, conducting Gender and Power analysis within projects and programs.
Charity is currently pursuing an MA in Gender studies from Makerere University and holds a BA in Microfinance from the Kyambogo University
Charity believes that for positive change to happen beyond support rendered, one has to be fully committed.
